| I have known Chris McClellan the owner of Green Valley Maintenance Company for approximately five years. When he took over the landscaping and lawn maintenance contract for North Creek Development, LLC, the property was overgrown and much of the flowering hedges were dying and in very poor condition. The lawn had insects and the irrigation needed repair.
